SorgPlus Sorghum - Risotto Chicken & Mushroom


  1. Cook SorgPlus Sorghum to Instruction

  2. Add chicken pan and cook until chicken is golden brown, take off heat and set aside.

  3. In small skillet, over medium heat sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms until tender.

  4. Combine chicken and cooked sorghum to medium heat pan heat through for 3 minutes.

  5. To Serve - Garnish with steamed asparagus, fresh thyme and lemon wedge.


1 cup sorghum grain, cooked

1 chicken breast

1/4 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup mushrooms, quartered

3–4 asparagus shoots

1/4 cup thyme, chopped
