SorgPlus Sorghum - Pudding (Hot or Cold)
In a saucepan, combine SorgPlus sorghum, water, sugar, and salt. Cook on high for 40 minutes.
Once cooked, drain & pour into a medium sauce pan and add milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick.
Cook over medium heat until porridge consistency, discard cinnamon stick.
Place in bowl, grate apple cover with honey and add to top of porridge in bowl top
Sprinkle with raspberries to finish
Add some fresh milk if required
2 cups SorgPlus, cooked
½ cup pure cream
1 tablespoon castor sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pink lady apple
1 handful of raspberries
1 tablespoon of honey
